Policyholder Requests

Easily access common policy request forms like COI, change of address, or additional insureds. You can submit the forms directly to your dedicated representative or email them to team@protexure.com, and our team will handle your request promptly.

Renewal Process

We make renewing your policy simple and convenient. You will be automatically contacted 90 days before your policy’s renewal date with all the details you need to review your coverage and submit payment. Our team will continue to follow up regularly up until your policy expiration date to ensure uninterrupted coverage.

Please Note: If your policy is with Cowbell, renewals are handled directly through Cowbell, not through Protexure.
